Be ready to leave authorization letter or SPA if makaalis ka before ka pa makapagsubmit ng application mo sa CARNA. Make sure na di expired license mo sa Pinas, so puede mo na renew now habang may time pa. Once you're here, may option ka to take CELBAN, I think its easier to pass since its related to nursing. You just need to practice for your speaking test, which is the role playing. Wala ako experience in taking IELTS. pero based sa experiences ng mga classmates ko, mahirap sya. for more info sa CELBAN, visit their website celban.org

Im about to work on my application for assessment sa carna,prob is di pa ako nagtake ulit ng ielts, sabi ni hubby na sponsor ko eh gawin ko na daw ung don sa verification sa prc at school then pagdating ko don review agad for ielts and take it. Tanong ko lng sna if may mga kilala kau na ganito din case mauna app at verifications to follow ang ielts.. Sabi sa forms without the ielts test results your app cannot be accepted without this. Does this mean ba na ibabalik nila kaya ang app forms and those verifications? Just wondering, kasi po ayoko na sna ibother cla dito if ever makaalis ako at less worries for me pag dumating nako sa alberta,kumbaga review nlng agad sna...

Naghahanap lng ng makakausap re app for carna assessment habang andito pa at may time pa.

you need to send that verification sa PRC, and PRC will send it ti CARNA.. they need that to prove that you are RN in the philippines... if mag expire na you need to renew first.. single pa lang ba name mo sa licence mo??

Hi KMAEP, yes gagawin ko un but my question is i accept kaya ng carna ung application ko without my ielts result kc plan ko magcelban pagdating ko don. Kung ggwin ko na ba ngayon ung sa school and prc verifications di kaya ibalik mga yon sakin? Thats my concern kc, gusto ko sna kase bago ako umalis dito naayos ko na ung dito pra pagdating don review agad to take the celban and forward the result ulit sa carna pag naipasa ko na... Ang worry ko kc bka ibalik ng carna application ko pag wla kalakip na ielts result hehe.... Hays complicated no? Nasasayangan din kc me sa oras if pwd ko na lakarin ung dito, my sister works so i ant just ask her pag andon nako to go here and there pra sa prc at school verification hehe

@ KmaEp nagrenew me license ko sa prc baguio sabi 6-8 mos makukuha at pick ul na sis! change status na din i was like wow ganito ba katagal?! Kaya i asked if pano ung sa verification ng carna wil they be needing a photocopy of my license kc for renewal plang.. Sabi photocopy ng claim stub nlang lakip nila. I have no probs with prc and school verification, ung ielts ko lng ang hindi ko pa kase maisasabay and im already thinking to go ahead work on whatever i have to do habang andito pa ako like un nga... Hays i think makukulitan si hubby sakin kc pipilitin ko sta tumawag sa carna if itatabi ung app pag wla kalakip na ielts result or ibabalik lahat heheh just want to make sure kc sayang lahat naman mahal ang courier :'(

Hi blistex thank u for taking the time out answering my posts hehe. Yes il do that nalang leave autho letter and prepare the forms for the verification just in case eh ibibigay nlnng ng sis ko... Yes mejo madali lng nga daw ang celban kc its all about nursing eh un naman talaga kinuha naten so kung alam natin alam na naten isasagot hahah unlike sa ielts anything under the scorching sun eh itatanong. sa pag kakaintindi ko they need english proficiency result before processing your application... so you need to comply with that.. siguro di nila ibabalik yung application mo di lang nila uumpisahan i process yung papers mo.. opinion ko lang yun based on sa nabasa ko sa post mo..

as i have read sa CARNA sabi dun do not apply if english is not your first language, so ibig sabihin kelangan mo muna tapusin ang english proficiency exam before applying...

Thanks for taking time out reading those stuffs for me kmaep! That is what i am debating about with hubby. Maybe what ill have to do meantime is review and prepare docs needed for prc and school verifications. Thanks muck kmaep!

Oh sis goodluck on ur exam! Nagrenew ka ng license sis? Kelan ka nagrenew at kelan maging available license mo? Nagrenew ako last week yata un sa baguio sabi 6-8mos! Duh! Anyway, sna lng ok lng un with carna impt nakarenew. Buti ka pa nga eh alam mo na may exam date ka kami dito wlang wla pa kht assessment haha. Sna maging ok lahat applications natin and exams too! sa april na siguro, nakausap ko naman ang PRC so renew muna ako then saka na ako mag pa change ng name, kasi yung petition 6 months daw so renew nalang muna kahit nung dalaga pa ako basta ang importante mapadala agad yung verification, ok lang naman daw sa CNO na kahit ang surname ko sa verification is single basta padala nalang ako ng marriage contract sa kanila.. iba kasi procedure dyan mas stricto sa requirements, dito kasi sa ontario, ok lang pa assess agad but pag nakapasa di ibibigay yung licence unless maibigay lahat ng requirements...

yes you can take any other enflish proficiency exam... if dito ka sa ontario mag papa assess pwede nila i assess ang papers without the result of the english proficiency, but when you passed you need para ma register ka...

I was googling early this morning and found this very informative to anyone planning for CARNA assessment for alberta. The ENGLISH test rqmnts has a new update though, this is the old rqmnts I think . just sharing. Good morning !
