Hi,

I am in need of an advice in my application for a student visa. I just got my letter of acceptance from the school I enrolled from and I am now filling up forms for the visa application. And one of the requirements is to write an explanation letter why you what to study in Canada. I am taking a Health care aide course which is less than six months but I plan to enroll to a Practical Nurse degree after. Truthfully, I really want to be a Registered Nurse in Calgary and hopefully work as a nurse there.

Any good advice, tips, on writing a explanation letter? And any good stories about being a nurse? Lastly, is there a chance that I won't get a student visa granted, even if I already have an acceptance letter?

Thank you in advance,

Hi Kszell,

I'm also a registered nurse here but I don't have any work experience. I'm now considering to apply for a student visa. Did you resort to an agency in processing your application to the school where you got accepted? or were you the one who sent an application letter to the school? Any list of schools which you can recommend?
