May tanong po ako, dun sa appendix A. Ako po sponsor, at dito ko pa sa CA pinanganak baby namin. Nung po kasing nagpass ako ng application d ko pa alam na buntis ako. Tapos january 16 nanganak na po. Nag email naman na po ako sa cem at cic-m tungkol sa changes in circumstances due to birth of my son. Kaso walang sagot sila. Tanong ko po kung ilalagay pa ba ni hubby ko yung name ng baby namin dun sa appendix a o name lang nya. Thank you

Hello po...my husband is a June applicant and August 24th is the approval date. Until now, he don't have any PPR yet... I'm so frustrated too.. And it's my 6th month approval as his sponsor.. so, so, sad.. I really want him to come over here na because I go to school and work at the same time, I need him so bad to help me..Huhuhu.. I tried to have the GCM to know our status but they did not started yet..they don't even give us a note if they need additional requirements from us..

Wag ka mag alala ikaw na ang next...dagdagan mulang pasensya mo magkakasama din kayo ng hubby mo your next na. pang 5 months din sa akin this month..but I will not lose hope God is in control have faith lang.

I have receive a letter saying they are not satisfied with our supporting docs...this is really sad news but gave us 45 days to send additional docs.. What else can i do. I dnt knw what to do anymore... Anyone receive the same letter from them someone pls help

Be more patient sis len... Kami 7 months when we got our PPR (base from submission)
June 15th and August 21 kami.. January 28 na namin nakuha PPR.

Hi! It's sad to me too but don't lose hope...Ano poba ang ways of communication niyo? magpadala ka ng mga bills, communications letters and pictures para proof as evidence sis.

Hello sis sa case ko humingi din sila ng additional docs sa aming communication at kailangan ding i-submit within 45 days. Cge lng sis submit mo lng sa knila wla tayong choice but we need to comply. Pasasaan ba't malalampasan din natin ito. Don't worry we are many in the same boat kaya natin to! God bless to us all!

hi everyone..salamat sa lhat ng suporta nyo ...i am gathering as much documents as i can..buti pala umuwe ako ng sept 2012 kung hindi wala na ako maipapakita kundi un mga money remitance and long distance lng namin....i know god has his plans for all of us hindi man kami pagbigyan ngaun ng CEM tatangapin namin at hindi kami titigil ng kaka apply hangat hindi nila grant un partner ko makarating dito...we are planing our wedding naman na pero mukang mas mapapa aga ang pagksal namin pra nxt time na apply na kmi it would be under spousal app....I hope no one ever goes through what we are going through right now because it's really hard and devastating to hear something like that but oh well...ill just leave it all to god i knw maganda ang plano nya sa amin dalawa and probably a much better plan pa....

if anyone knows what else i can send them....pls let me know...
im getting letters from my friends here to testify that we are in a genuine relationship, money remittance, itinerary of my sept 2012 ticket, hotel we stayed at for 1 month, long distance bills, extention of my credit card, and made him my benficiary under my insurance benefits...

if that is not enough for them i dont knw how else i can prove that our relationship is genuine...
i would demand an interview with the visa officer if needed
if i need to go back to philippines tomorrow i would...
it is really hard...=(

Hi jollypao, congrats sa ppr ni hubby mo, actually same tyo ng situation, did u find out already if need p declare ni hubby mo si baby mo dto? And by the way taga San hubby mo sa pinas, may kakilala kse si hubby ko, un nga same daw tyo ng situation, Baka hubby mo un, hehe..August 16 approval ko, till now wala pa ppr sana soon n...don't know what took so long...
