Baka naman po may idea kayo sa bagong checklist ng Manila-Canada Embassy. Kasi pinalitan nila bago checklist nila

at hindi kasama sa checklist ung supplementary information for visitors. Pero sa site nila nakaindicate na need din ipasa ung form.

Question po, di ba po dapat tama ang pagka sunod sunod ng maga forms and documents once isubmit? Saan ko po ilalagy kaya ung Supplementary Info. for Visitors Form if wala sa checklist nila?

hi JGS, ung checklist na nasa link na binigay mo is actually not the one that you should include with your application package. this is the page that loads when you click on Temporary Resident Visa Checklist from the portion that says:

First review the forms and documents required:
•For visitors: Temporary Resident Visa Checklist

Pag pinuntahan mo yung link in the next section, as shown below:

Then download the applicable Temporary Resident Visa application forms:
•The Temporary Resident Visa application forms and Instruction Guide can be downloaded from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website.

it will route you to the generic checklist form found in this URL: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

Since hindi kasama sa checklist ung Supplementary Information for Visitors and you want to play it safe, include mo na lng sa ipa-pass mo pero sa last part na siguro dahil ang instructions is to arrange the documents as listed in the checklist.

I have applied for a single entry TRV in 2011 then for multiple entry in 2012 -- back then magkaiba na ung laman ng checklist but I still sent the documents that were previously included in the 2011 checklist. Wala naman naging problema. BTW, I used the checklist that were in the link I mentioned above. Hindi na rin ako nagsend nung Supplementary Information for Visitors pero for your peace of mind, you can still send it.

You may also want to consider applying online. On strike ung mga VO ngayon, that would be a faster route for you.

We submitted TRV Applications last Sept 12 @ VFS Global for my mom and sister.
We included the Supplementary Information for Visitors Form sa application nila.

When you submit them sa VFS check din nila completeness ng docs mo, sila na nag arrange then ilalagay sa isang plastic envelop with zip.

Thank you. kasi sabi mga kakilala ko magkaiba daw checklist ng site cic.gc.ca tska site canadian philippine embassy. Pinasa nila ung checklist from phil. Kaya medyo nagdoubt ako ano fafollow ko.
