Kami ng asawa ko nagsubmit ng documents august 17 dumating sa destination august 24 wala pang notice kung okay or wala sana mapabilis application natin lahat at sana lahat tanggap, magdasal tayong lahat .

Pano po ba malalaman kung sino ang nagreceive ng application at kung okay ang application mo.

sa pamamagitan po ba ng E-Mail or Snail Mail? at ilang buwan. Kung rejected mga ilang linggo bago magbigay ng notice at kung sa EMAIL ba muna ang unang notice or sa Snail mail?

normally po ung PER (positive eligibility review) marereceive nyo more or less within 65 days by email. ito po ang unang communication na makukuha nyo from the time na nagsubmit kayo. Kung negative review po or NER by email din po... check nyo din po kung ung bank draft or credit card nyo for application fees kung na-charge na para alam nyo po kung complete ung application nyo.. kasi po pag hindi pa nacharge may possibility na incomplete ung application packet (kulang ng docs, or signature or dun mismo sa mga forms) ibabalik po nila un sa inyo by regular mail.

Just got my PER today, (oct 5), application received on july 13, BD enchased on aug 29..ilang months ba bago nrreceive my CEM ang application??thanks u

opo, may schedule na po ako ng interview sa oct 25... under common law relationship po kasi ako for 2 years tapos andito ako ngayon sa US. so most likely po gusto nila malaman kung genuine ung common law union namin. Actually ung partner ko lang po ang required umattend. Pagpray nyo po sana kami! thanks!

they are asking for additional proofs of common law union po namin although nagsend na po kami ng lease contract, cert of residency, joint bank account, western union receipts, emails, letters, utility bills... pati nga po insurance policy na nakaindicate na beneficiary ko ung common law partner ko.

most likely po gusto nila malaman kung talagang nagsama kami for atleast a year kaya may interview po siguro...

actually po, kung after po mag RBVO stage tapos nagproceed sa IN Process... meaning po waived na ung interview at parating na ang MR... if kelangan po ng interview (most of the cases po kasi ung mga common law union) after po ng interview saka pa lang po mag iinprocess and eventually ung MR...

as of now, i am looking forward to live in saskatchewan or edmonton. i have a sister in quebec, one of my choice too..
madami pa mangyayari..di ko pa nadecide kung saan pa..if i can find job easily in BC, then BC na siguro..
