Yung time na nag-fill-up ako ng personal history, binase ko ang data sa SSS history ko. Kahit mga 1 month job lang nilagay ko. Meron din akong job nag-AWOL ako, pero I choose to put it also. Nag-anticipate kasi ako na may posibilidad na hanapin ang SSS history kahit pa madalang mangyari.

Hope malampasan mo ang dilemma mo ngayon firestyle. Dasal na lang.

@ firestyle: take Zelda82 's advice..just send the SSS contribution..along with other requirements..just don't do try to hide your Makati Medical experience by changing details on your SSS since it might be verified....However don't forget to always think positive..

i am trying to become more optimistic but i really can't help to get worried din lalo na yung sa makati med na ngappear sa sss records.. Ganun na nga cguro ang irarason q, yung advised ni ZELDA..

thanks Gio, actually eto yung tinatanong q na nuon nung ngffill up p lng aq.. my ngsabi na baka mkasama pag dineclare q, so i chose not to.. haizzzt..! I just hope now that this won't affect the decision of the VO.. I am praying so hard tlga..

The VO also has concerns with my working hours, i declared 24-40 hrs.. eh ang full time CI kc works 3 days a week lng.. that's the regular working hours namin, beyond 24 hrs, OT na namin..

u need at least 1 year of continuous full-time experience under the NOC or the part-time equivalent to be eligible.

Full-time work is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week.

so your 4 years of "part-time" work might be equivalent to say only 2 years of "full-time" work (based on the definition of CIO). hope the points still add up.

maybe u can ask your manager to explain the "full-time" status of CIs to CEM. and submit notarized copy of your time sheets and payslips as proof of the number of hours you have rendered each fortnight/month. i hope the total number of hours in your continuous experience exceed 1800 (37.5 x 4 x 12) for it to be equivalent to 1 year of continuous work.

kaya nag ask sayo ng supporting docs regarding sa working hours mo kasi ang required nila ay 37.5 hrs per week, dapat di mo na nilagay yon 24-40 hrs.. mag ask talaga sila kasi nalito sila don sa 24-40 hrs. dapat ma explain mo sa kanila na 37.5 hrs or more ka per week. tapos sa sss mo submit mo din kong ano yan nasa sss mo.. baka pag binago mo at na check nila mas malaking problema yan. ang gawin mo pumunta ka sa school na pina CI mo don ka pagawa ng letter na 37.5 or more ka per week ..atleast don pwede mo sila pakiusapan. tapos inform mo din sila na anytime tatawag ang CIC sa kanila mas maganda na informed sila para alam nila ang sasagot nila.

is it ok not to pass my sss record? isang forum mate kc ngadvise,

If I were you, since na nilagay mo na unemployed ka dun pero nagwowork ka pala, misrepresentation na un, I would not provide my sss record and an explanation kasi iemphasize mo lang ung mali mo. In my opinion, hindi tumatangap ng sorry ang mga visa officer, once nagkamali ka, un na un! kaya nga nirereturn ung mga application dba kahit mali lang ng isang number sa NOC, how much more iadmit mo na nagsinungaling ka and niloko mo sila.. Ang advice ko hindi naman un ang hinahanap sayo...dun ka magconcentrate to prove na you meet the required hours/years of work kasi un ang hinihingi sayo, yun ung reason ng inadmissibility mo.. baka lalo ka maging inadmissible pag nagbigay ka ng explanation, kasi kung ikaw din magassess non dba mafeel mo ah "niloko pala ko nitong aplikante nato" dahil sa hindi pagdeclare ng history... give the monkey what they are asking..hindi naman sinabi na required ang sss record, it was sited as example..provide your work load, payslips, detailed COE, notarized letter from other CI testifying that you have been working with them for more than one year..letter from the dean of the college of nursing, from your supervisors and all other docs that you can think of para mapatunayan mo ung claim mo na experience mo..

@ christine: wla din changes e-cas nila, may agency sila..since nguupdate kami mga timeline, nagask sila sa agency at bwisit na yan kung hindi pa sila nagtanong hindi pa magsasabi na may ganung letter sila na natanggap..haist nga naman pag nabayaran mo na...

tama... kung di naman required ang SSS mo wag mo na submit.. kausapin mo mga dean at faculty na mag certify na 37.5 hrs ka per week, yon ang importante...

Im not sure regarding sa ecas address pero until now wla naman additional line na nagappear at changes....not sure about the name of the agency eh sorry...pero napaka dami na nilang mali..buti na lang we update each other kung hindi haay....mas magaling pa yung forum natin..

Hi Guys!

Im so happy to find a Pinoy forum, so welcoming for us hopefuls. Ill share my case, my NOC 3152 was received last Sept 14, 2011. Our bank, BPI confirmed encashment of my BD. I got a reply from another thread that the NOC already reached its cap by july and no way was my application gonna be processed. Im kinda in a distress, but Im holding on the fact that my BD was encashed though I still have to verification through mail or email. No documents were sent back to me until now. Please shed me some light. Mabuhay ang Pinoy!

if they specifically asked for the SSS contribution, then you should submit. You have no choice in my opinion.

Just pray, it's always effective.

sis tama wala ka choice kung d ipasa yun sbi b nila d nila mgagawan ng paraan yung sa makati med mo bka nman pwede.. or gawa ka nlng ng letter sbhin mo kaya d mo na cnama yung makati med kc nga 3 months ka lng dun...my contract kb sa makati med or any proof na ngwork ka tlga dun?

Im not sure regarding sa ecas address pero until now wla naman additional line na nagappear at changes....not sure about the name of the agency eh sorry...pero napaka dami na nilang mali..buti na lang we update each other kung hindi haay....mas magaling pa yung forum natin..

oh i see... ako rin e walang rin bago nawala lng yung address ko sa ecas 2 weeks ago... grabe 3 months ba since i received my PER nkakatakot bka nawala rin yung letter na pinadala nila in my case sa canada pa address ko..parang gsto ko na rin mgpunta sa embassy sa makati pnu ba ginawa ng friend mo dun?
