Mrs. Winter's information is correct. I've been to the Canadian Embassy before and they close after lunch for processing of such applications due to heavy volume. I just hope things will pick up before the holidays kasi ang dami na rin statutory holidays in Manila so less days for them to work.

I'm glad the August applicants are so optimistic though. Kudos to you all!
