Pilot training student visa Canada

Helo,
I got admission in Toronto airways for commercial pilot licence program. I completed my high school in the year 2010 and completed the undergraduate in aeronautical engineering in the year 2015 with history of 20 backlogs. But still I have one current exam and I did not get my degree certificate. My ambition is to become pilot. After that I worked for 2 years in quality department. I don't know whether I will get study permit because my profile is too weak. Kindly help me out!

1) Whether I need to show the undergraduate degree!?

2) How to explain my current arrear!?
