Pilot program for family members previously excluded.

Parents are Canadian citizens.Four of my brothers are also Canadian Citizens.Parents came to Canada in the early90's on the Business Migration Program.Excluded me because of a family problem.I got married to someone not to their liking at that time.So my name was not mentioned in the children column.I am an Indian citizen presently residing in the USA.What are my chances of this program?

It's only available to descendants of folks who came through refugee or family sponsorship streams, not to those who came through economic programs, which would mean you are not eligible. You can still try to qualify for other immigration streams, like Express Entry or Provincial Nominee, if you are set on immigrating to Canada

Zero chances. The program is only open to those who migrated through the refugee or family sponsorship streams. You also were not a dependent child at the time of their application since you were married. So an application under the pilot would fail for multiple reasons.
