For those who wish to apply Permanent Resident Visa or their application is under process please make sure that you pass the mark of 67 points. You should take your IELTS seriously and pass the mark of 7 points for each test because it will help you a lot in your application. Based on my experience in this matter my application had been refused for lack of 2 points. If you are evaluated 65 points during your application the rate of success is 50/50 unless you are confident enough that you can be excellent in your test.

If you have an immigration representative please be careful of giving informations such as your proof of relationship to your relative in Canada. Your representative at the same time should be cautious on what kind of information you are giving to him to avoid confusion because otherwise everything you invest can be meaningless. If you failed and want to appeal in your application please note that legal fees in Canada are very high and the rate of success is very slim.

Good luck.

Very sad to listen your refusal. Have you applied under new rules? dont give up, you can try some defferent way, like try to arrange one job etc. Thanks for your advises too.

Hi Joyort05,
Your post must have come out of the heart of a man that is very courageous. Despite loosing out, you still take time to advise others. Just check out your loopholes and re-apply after mending them. You will surely get there.
Honestly, i salute your courage.

I would in fact say that both of these are right. In my Opinion you should First analyze your weak areas and then try to cover them up before you launch a new application. Specifically regarding your points on Language section. Be it First or second language try to get as many points you can BY DOING THE SAME AS SUGGESTED BY LEHCAR AND BC GUY BOTH.

Once you have done your best then keep the rest on THE ALMIGHTY GOD to do the best possible.

Remember the Key to success is Hope with Unbreakable Mental Discipline after you have done your Best.

Best of Luck
