Pictures - where to go in NYC - Cheaper and done right first time

Can someone guide where to go get pictures taken in New York according to specifications. I asked couple but they don't know about signature strip that had to go at the bottom of picture. Thanks all.

Do your own pictures and format them at epassportphoto.com. Very cheap and effective.

As per CIO Buffalo picture specifications, there must be a signature strip at the bottom of each picture.
