Hi Everyone,

I am sponsoring my wife over from Sweden. I am a little confused in this section. In section IMM0008 Generic (page 2 of 2) providing details of each of your family members, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. Now since I am sponsoring just my Wife, it would be only myself is that correct since I am the spouse?

The main question is her mother, father, and sister are not coming so would I still need to have pictures and info of them on there?

Thanks!

Yes you do NOT have to include her mother, father, ect since you are not sponsoring them only your wife.

no that's not right!!

in the application for permanent residence form u should not be included since u r the sponsor and u r already Canadian citizen; that part is for family members accompanying or not accompanying who are not yet Canadian citizens or PR; from what it looks in ur case (just u sponsoring ur wife and no children involved) she has to complete her own details in the first page of the form and 2nd page just write N/A in all 3 columns; she is the only PR applicant

in the additional family information form (just page 1 of 1) she has to include u, both her parents, brothers/sisters
