PR is not decided by NOC as long as NOC A, B or 0. So if you are eligible and have a high enough score, anyone with those NOCs will get an ITA.

The problem I have is, will I get the Canadian work experience score for the profile, though I haven't fulfilled the employment qualification under NOC.

So you are working in Canada since you say Canadian work experience, you never said that. If the responsibilities in your employment letter match the NOC, you are fine.
