hi..my sister in law is planning to apply under noc 3142, she is not a licensed PT here in the Philippines, she does not have a full time work experience as PT since she work in a nursing home. she only have part time work, and then she went to UK for study as caregiver for she worked as carer in a nursing home. right now shes unemployed. does she still needs to submit IELTS? she took her IELTS last July and got 5.5 bandwidth in one area of the exam. please help we need further information to push through with her application thanks.

Please view the website cic.gc.ca and under immigration go to Federal Skilled Worker option.

I thing your sister can immigrate to Canada under Care worker instead of Physiotherapist. IELTS is mandatory.6 band in Listening,Reading,Writing & in Speaking is needed.At present out of 300 cap 208 is filled out.Please go through the web site.
