I just submitted my citizenship application and it was returned saying they can't confirm my time in Canada before I became a PR. Here is a timeline of my presence in Canada:

Jan 9, 2021 - Landing Canada using my Open Work Permit
I think the official made a mistake on our SP & SOWP, the expiry date should be Mar 31, 2022 but the intro letter mentioned Mar 31, 2021. The official gave us the SP & SOWP with expiry on Mar 31, 2021. They told us to apply extension online.
Jan 15, 2021 - submitted SP & SOWP extension,
Feb 13, 2021 - approved SP & SOWP extension with expiry date Mar 31, 2022
Jan 5, 2022 - submitted PR application
Feb 17, 2022 - submitted SOWP extension and got an implied status letter saying I can work until May 16, 2022 or a decision have been made
May 20, 2022 - eCoPR received

In my presence calculator, how should i present these information? Here was what i submitted before:

status: temporary foreign worker
date received the status: Feb 13, 2021
date your status expired: Mar 31, 2022
did you apply to extend your status? yes
date you applied to extend your status: Feb 17, 2022
was the extension approved? no
date of decision for the refused extension: May 19, 2022

status: temporary foreign worker
date received the status: Jan 9, 2021
date your status expired: Mar 31, 2021
did you apply to extend your status? yes
date you applied to extend your status: Jan 15, 2021
was the extension approved? yes
date of decision for the refused extension: Mar 31, 2022

Observations apart from wrestling with your details --

While it is not for sure, it is likely that during the completeness screening of a citizenship application, IRCC ONLY counts pre-PR days for periods in which GCMS records verify the applicant had temporary resident status. This might not include periods of implied status, for just one example. Among other possible circumstances in which status is not documented in the client's GCMS records.

I have addressed this more fully in other posts.

Long and short of it, however, is the best option is to WAIT and apply only when for sure meeting the presence requirement without counting any pre-PR periods except those which are definitely shown by beginning date to stated expiration date of permits or visas . . . PLUS a good buffer (significantly more than a mere week say, like a month or or so).

If YOU can PROVE actual status you can contest IRCC's failure to count days you are certain should be counted. That, however, would be complicated and take a long time, so for most people not at all worth trying to do it that way.
