Physical Presence forgot absence

Good day!
Please help me, what should I do.
I sent my application last March 7 and Received it
on March 13, 2017.
In my Physical Presence calculator i have 2167 days but
I forgot to indicate in my application my 28 days absence
When we attend a funeral back home.
And I forgot to write my name at the back of the picture.
Im just wondering if they will return my application?

Anyone have same situation to me?

because you have so many "buffer" days, you may be ok.

"You forgot to indicate in my application my 28 days absence" : Not a reason to return your application, because they don't know yet that there is an omission from your part

"You forgot to write my name at the back of the picture.": This may result in CIC returning the application


In my opinion, CIC returning your application is good for you, that will give you an opportunity to correct your physical presence calculation.

You should probably send them this info with an appropriate cover letter. It is better this way than them figuring it out
and asking about it during the "interview"...

I am not sure if the application will return because of the picture issue however, if the application is not returned and once you receive AOR which will have your file#, send a letter stating the file# and provide the details of the absence that you have missed to write on physical presence calculator.

If ever I have my AOR, I will send a new one, what date should I enter? The date I used first (march 6) or the date that i will do the new physical presence calculator?

I need your advice please, i applied under EE program and have done my landing last year i.e. 2016 July 14th. I became PR holder on 14th July itself and stayed in Canada until 20th December. So for year 2016 I have accumulated 160 days. Short landing I can say.
My Question is: Now from 21st December 2016 I am outside of Canada working in KSA, and will go forever only in year 2019 1st January. So days absent from Canada will be 740
Number of days physically present per calendar year:
2016 161
2017 0
2018 0
2019 365
2020 366
2021 232

I understand that I will still meet PR residency requirements and will be able to renew my PR card and later on apply for citizenship. When ask at the airport if needed I can explain to the officer that I have 160 days already under my belt and can achieve another 365+365+232 from now on until I need to apply for my renewal.
YEAR 2016 = 160 DAYS
YEAR 2019 = 365 DAYS
YEAR 2020 = 365 DAYS
YEAR 2021 = 232 *** NOTE my PR card expires on 21st Aug-2021

Your advice will be very help full.

They will ask you to submit new photos because they have no way of knowing the person in the photos you sent is actually you and not a picture of someone else with your details on the form. Did the place that took the photos not stamp and date them?

They stamped and dated the picture, but I forgot to put my name on it.

I don't think anybody had to resend pictures just for having forgotten to have names on the back of the photos... they say that just to make their lives easier when processing files, I would think. Just my opinion, though...

I got similar situation as you. The only thing is I didn't realize about those missing trips until my Citizenship Test date last month.
I traveled on business trip a lot and I didn't put many of 1 day trip in the physical calculator form. (I didn't finish the calculator form in one shot. So, when I got back to finish it, I forgot that even it's a 1 day trip and it shows 0 day out of Canada on calculator, we still need to put it in the form)

On the test date, after finishing the test, you'll have interview with citizenship officer.
He/she will ask you about those missing out of Canada trip that you forgot to list.
Just write a letter explaining about the missing trip (date, duration, purpose of the trip) & bring the prove about that trip (tickets, hotel booking, etc.) So you can give it to him/her right away.
If you don't have those documents ready on that date, you just have to send them to the citizenship officer the other day. ;D
(the citizenship officer who dealt with my case was very kind and professional! She didn't put any pressure nor gave any bad comments because I missed many trips on the calculator form at all)
