Hi all,

I have a question about my citizenship application by using Physical Presence Calculator.

I got my PGWP on Jan 5, 2016, but my Study Permit expired on Nov 30, 2015.
Between Nov 30, 2015 to Jan 5, 2016, what status I should choose on Physical Presence Calculator?

Thanks!

Since you applied for PGWP before your Study Permit expired, you were on implied status for the days between Nov 30 - Jan 5th. You were legally in status so there's no issue. What are the options on the calculator? You can choose "Work Permit" (or PGWP) if that's an option.

It shows: Visitor, International Student, Temporary Worker, Temporary Resident Permit Holder, Protected Person.
Thank you. I just don't know which one I should choose.

"Temporary Worker" is the right choice since you were on implied status and eligible to work full time.

I will submit like this:
From 2014-12-25 to 2015-09-11 International Student
From 2015-09-12 to 2018-02-03 Temporary Worker

Are these right?

Merry Xmas!
