Physical presence calculator signature issue

Recently I accessed my physical presence calculator online and modified to submit it again due to missed one travel entry. This time I can't see "Signature of Applicant" and Date section in bottom of the second page. Is something changed recently? Please let me know. Thanks.

By the way, if it is a new application, then submit it Online, instead of paper application. Good luck.
