Is it normal? Has anyone else seen similar progress? Physical presence, Prohibitions and Language skills are usually marked completed together.

Going by the current backlog, everything is normal these days. You are only 7 months into the process so in all probability there is plenty of time to go. If I recall correctly, current processing times are at 26 months.
