Hi Everyone,
Can someone tell me how to get physical file from CIC. My COUSIN got Visitor visa to Canada but his consultant lost his file. He wants to know what he mentioned in the file when he applied for the visitor visa.

He can either apply for case notes (officer's comments) or a copy of the documents in the application:
