Physical Examination

What does the doctor check our body ? Should we just wear underwear only ?

It's not that invasive, but you should expect a reasonably thorough examination. They will listen to your heart and lungs, draw blood, ask you questions, etc. Since each physical examination is a bit dependent upon your own medical history, that could vary, but I don't recall being asked to disrobe.

As for only wearing underwear, I'd think that might make the office staff uncomfortable - you should wear normal clothing. If the doctor requires a physical examination of your body, that would be done in private circumstances.

Recently one of my relatives had medical doctor touched balls, checked anus, he looked at all the scars on the body, Took X-ray chest, Blood Sample, Swab from the saliva, checked the immunisation record of the kids, examined the breast of females with bare hands while nurse was standing nearby, checked for hernia, listened for mur-mur sound from heart etc.

So guys be ready for through examination

Was it a male doctor examining your female(adult) relatives? Why did you not insist a female doctor to examine your female relatives?

One of my female friend just gave the medical test for Canada visa so there were both female and male doctor , she was asked to remove all her clothes n the doctor checked the heartbeat, the breast by touching it and even touched her private part. So is it a common process or what ?

it's a medical exam. i think checking the heartbeat without touching the breasts is difficult. it's a medical examination, the doctor doesn't care who you are, it's not like it's a sexual examination (unless the doctor is a creep)
