Physical Condition in PGWP

Hi Y'all,

I just graduated and intend on applying for a PGWP. I had a small medical procedure done last year and as a result the doctor wants me to check in with him once a year to make sure there is no recurrence. The procedure was a success and the chances of recurrence are close around about 5% and are easy to treat. I wanted to know if this qualifies as a physical disorder in the background information section 1B of the form imm5710e. Thanks and let me know if i have to write all of this in my application.

No, it wasnt anything too serious, it was just to correct something from an injury. Non life threatening and easily treatable.

I would always put something down if you will likely need more treatment. The physician can make a decision whether they feel it is important information. If you have had it done in Canada it will show that you have billed for a procedure.
