since i'm a class A paranoid, we sent around 100 photos, 2/A4 page, in colour, each one of them having a description underneath.
example:
Date: ...
Persons in the photo: me (personal applicant), X (sponsor), Y (sponsor's mother), Z (P.A.'s father), etc
Location: ...

however, i'm glad i did all this, it saved me the trouble of an interview and got us approved fast considering our VO's timeline ;) better safe than sorry.
we met 1 year before we married and sent the app 1 month after we married, so i was a bit concerned obviously. it all depends on your relationship and VO. some are more lenient than others.
Hahahaha, you sound similar to me! I'm hella paranoid and I can get freakishly OCD with organization.

I started out printing 4x6's but realized that it was getting too heavy too quickly. So I switched to arranging 2-4 pics on a page, printing them out in color. Much lighter and more organized too because all paperwork is now the same size.

We've been together since Sept 2012, but not yet legally married. We're doing that in June and plan to send the app in Aug. Plus, we're not having a wedding because we can't afford it at this time. So I'm making sure to compile as much evidence as possible for those two reasons.

Btw, thanks so freaking much for sharing that epic link!

How are you printing off all the PR application pages?

Arrange the pictures 2-4 to a page with captions in a document file on a computer (borrow a friends?). Then just bring the file on a USB to any Kinkos or similar store, and print out the pages in color. You can even do this at a computer at a printing store as long as you have electronic pics on a digital camera or USB.
Lol, I used my neighbor's printer one time. Another time I used my grandpa's. Both times I nearly wiped out both ink cartridges. I felt terrible, haha. I'm probably gonna go to Walmart for my next printing round! ;D

Walmart a very good idea.. That is what I had done for my wife's application a trip to the store with SD card in hand. Reasonable price, no way I could have printed them out any cheaper myself. Only thing is my hand got tired writing the info on the back of the photos lol. She actually received back all the pictures that were submitted when her visa package was given to her.

This wont help the OP much since he/she doesn't have a computer or printer. (but you could use one at the library or at staples/office depot)

We wrote the "essay" and included photos that pertained to certain parts of the essay. I don't think we included more than 20 photos, but chose photos that illustrated we were with family, or photos that illustrated we were on holidays somewhere. I also included citations below the photos to indicate who was in them, and tried not to duplicate people in photos.

ex. photo of myself and my partner with my parents, myself and my partner with his parents, siblings, etc. It seems to have worked positively for us.

I didn't want to over load CIC with photos, so I thought the eight page PDF essay including photos was the safest route. :)

Best of luck!

We sent 9 or 10 photos with brief descriptions on the back. All the photos were of just myself and my sponsor over our 4 year relationship, no family pics. CIC still accepted these as good enough proof. I don't think it's necessary to send so many pictures.

I printed the pictures at Walmart as well.

Or just buy a $30 printer and save yourself a lot of hassle...

If you have the photos on your phone, you can transfer/print them via Bluetooth @ Walmart.

How should I upload relationships photos while applying online for spousal sponsorship online application? I have to mention DOB, name and other description of each photos and all the names of all persons in the photos ? Or I can just upload photos in one pdf without any description and other details?
Actually, I already submitted all the photos in one pdf without mentioning description and other details of each photos. Will they return my file/create any issue or this will not impact my file?
