People staying around Toronto, please suggest me a good place where I can get my photographs for PR application. A place where they knows about the specifications of photograph.

There's a passport place on Spadina's east side just near Dundas.
Super cool guy, knows all the specifications, plus always gives you a deal (and it's about half the price of blacks)

That's a good point, Black's isn't cheap.

The photos I got from there had the date stamped on the back, plus the name of the company and some words to the effect of "we certify that this is a true copy of the original" like you expect on a certified copy of a document. That part isn't strictly necessary for the CEC photo specs but it's a nice touch, and it might be a requirement for other services.

There is a connivence store that I usually go to on Dundas West between Elizabeth and Chestnut. Asian run, they have a photo studio in the back, and they also do it for around 10-15$ if I remember correctly for 2 or 4 photos, they give good deals too. You could go anywhere though, most places have all different specs for US visas, PR, Passport, etc. Shouldn't be a problem, just find the closest place that is convenient to you.
