Photos for medical exam

I just booked my medical in canada and they said i need to bring 5 passport pictures with me. I forgot to ask if they meant immigration sized ones or actual canadian passport ones that have to be done officially?

I believe they mean passport size, not medical. I was asked for 4 passport sized photos for the medical exam.

Can anyone else confirm?

It depends on the doctor. Some of them ask for passport sized pictures, others ask for immigration sized ones.
I suggest you to call your doctor again and ask which size he requires.

Although i saw a DMP here in the UK, i just used passport booth photos for my medical.

It was only the rest of the application that i strictly adhered to the photo specifications in the appendix.

Each Information Guide for each specific region has the same Appendix B Photo Specifications in it.

Use those specifications for your photo. The Appendix C form for the medical is also located there.

Even in your specific region each doctor has different requirements. My medical was in Canada and they wanted 5 immigration size. But I actually called a few designated medical practitioners before I went (different prices too) and all of them asked for a different number and size (4 places said imm size, 1 said passport size). bonbon9 is right, maybe check with your doctor again.

The DMP in Salvador Bahia, Brazil only asked for a photocopy of her passport.

Just so you know the UK passport sized photos are the same as immigration photos but different from Canada passport photos. So its worth asking and finding out.
