Photos for immigration! Do we need to have them dated and signed?

Final night tonight sorting and arranging our docs and apps before we mail them tomorrow morning.
Critical question and I would appreciate your fast reply!
According to the country specific instructions (West Europe)

Photo Specifications
Notes to the applicantTAKE THIS WITH YOU TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER
•Immigration photos are not the same as passport photos.
•Make sure that you provide the correct number of photos specified in this guide.
Notes to the photographer
The photos must:
•show a full front view of the person’s head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph;
•have a plain white background;
•be identical (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera.
The photos must:
•measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1” and 1 1/5”) from chin to crown;
•have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” x 1 3/4”) finished size.


Do we have to have them signed and date verified in the back by the photographer?
It doesn't say this anywhere here.
I know when it comes to renewing my Canadian passport in Europe they demand that the photos must have these info on the back

I was certain but the little man inside my brain was telling me to ask just to be 100% sure.
I look forward to put my name on that spreadsheet too. Lets all hope that those people who are waitng for long time to be reunited with their loved ones soon and for us not to wait too long

I put my photos in a small envelope to keep them together and put my name outside the envelope.. a small envelope big enough for the photos and (small ofcourse) paper clip it with the Application Guide to make the VO's work easier.

I wouldn't staple it. Mine were in a small envelope and I paperclipped them to the last page!

Not quite! Vienna does not contain the info that this sheet has. If this sheet was not locked I would've chosen it instead of Vienna

All you need to do is post in the feb 2013 outland thread with when you sent the app when yr meds were done and when it was received!

Its locked because it is linked into mine and swedens gmail accounts!
