Photos for FSW1 Urgent????

HI i have a query regarding the photographs, i went through the guidelines pdf for filling the form At http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 29 it says: "All applicants must submit photos with their application except for applicants using Category 1." & for sending the photographs under FSW1 & i am little confused .Does this above statement means that i need to stick photographs in the given space on the application form & not to send photos until asked ,OR Dont stick photos on the application form & send 6 photos of myself & my family members(Spouse & Kids)?????

Photos need to be sent to your visa office later. For the first step (to send application to Sydney NS) no photos are required.

Those instruction are for you are asked to send docs to your visa office.

You really haven't read the instructions have you? No photos for initial FSW 1 application for Sydney, and unless your parents and siblings are included in the application no photos for them when the processing requests the additional documents.

Hi thanks for the answer actually i have read the instruction carefully the only reason i am confused is at some places in this forum people have mentioned to stick the photos regardless & at some places they say wait till the immigration officer asks for it under FSW1.
