Photograph to be uploaded after receiving ITA

Dear friends, I wear spectacles all the time. Now, I am looking forward to upload my digital photograph as a part of PR application. However, I haven't found written anywhere whether we can upload a photograph with spectacles on or we need to upload picture without spectacles. I am confused about this aspect.
Please guide
