Photograph Size- Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ)-PLEASE HELP...it's Urgent

Hello,

I am applying for Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). I need to attch my passport-size photograph to my CSQ application.

Could you please tell me if this photograph should be of the same size as the photograph for the Canadian passport?

(the size of the photograph is not mentioned on the Quebec immigration website)
