For the Visa Application Visitor - Can it be an old photo which I used before?

or does it has to be a new one?

and if I scan a little photo like my passport picture how do I get it in the right size and pixel?

thanks

If you don't know how to do it is better you go to a photograph studio so they don't get it wrong.
