- If National University does not provide you a sealed transcript, make notarize copy of the originals. And write a cover letter on it that the university does not provide more than 1 original copy. For this reason you are submitting the notarized copy of mark sheets. Also mention that you are ready to submit the original copy if required by CHC-Singapore for verification.

Go to Your College. & get Sign from Department Head
Then
Go to National University Gazipur
Bank Draft of Taka 500 for Transcript & Taka 100 for Sealing the Envelop
Rceeive a Chalan No
Go to ROom No 402 or 3rd floor of Main Buiding
Wait 3 Days & Then receive the Copy from NU, Gazipur
