I think as long as the date is stamped on (that way they know it's was taken not more than six months ago) then just print your name and DoB according to the guide. and you should be fine. There must be photo studios that stamp on the date a passport was taken.

Since they have specified the last one to leave blank, I would suggest to get a new photo done or ask at Shoppers to reprint (only if they still have the file but I doubt..) one more without a stamp. I got mine done at the Black's Photo and all of mine had stamp on because I didn't ask to leave the last one blank. But I erased the stamp mark on the 6th one with an eraser as the stamp wasn't dried yet. ha!sickn said:
