photo specification

hi guys
i'm going to sponsor my spouse.
does any one know how many photos of my spouse(principle applicant) for the Spousal Sponsorship Application we have to submit. couldn't find it on CIC's website!! the only thing I could find was about the photo specifications.......
some body said that we have to submit 8 photos of my spouse! is that correct?

It depends on the Country of Residence you are applying from. Each country has different specifications .

For out land sponsorship, you may want to look at "Part 3" of the URL, find your respective country and go through the PDF for instructions.

by the way, through the link you sent I noticed that it seems my spouse has to fill the "Supplementary Information Form" too.
am I right? does he have to fill the sections of this form which are related to his country of residence too ?
I'm surprised because this form in not under the the "Immigration Forms" section and it seems to be the old version!!

In certain cases, as I understand, you would need to fill out the supplementary information form from part 3 at a later stage. But I could be wrong, please look into a thread where people have applied to your visa office and you can get your questions cleared.

Also an important note is to follow the document check-list and it should highlight all the forms your need to submit. Make sure you are very through and clear on your documents.
