I landed on 12 Apr 2016 and have still not received the PR card. Called CIC today and was told that i need to resend the photos with IMM 5455. They sent a letter to me today. I don't want to wait and thus want to get pics clicked.

Questions: How many pictures i need to send? Should I wait for the letter or just send them right away?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, you would need to send TWO 50x70mm photos.

I was on the same boat. I just sent them right away.

Thanks for your response. In how many days can we expect our card once CIC receives the pictures? Which date did you send the photographs on? Keep me updated about your timeline.

I just re-took two photos for myself, how many days it took for you to get your PR card?

I did not received a request to send IM5455. I was just told to send a letter of explanation. Can you share your letter? I already sent mine just with the picture and the letter and the email sent by IRCC below.
