Hi- I am still trying to understand the photo requirements for e-APR. It seems that they want a digital photo. I got a photo print as per the required format from CVS. Can I just scan this and upload in my e-APR. None of the US photo companies give a digital photo. They are only allowed to provide prints.

Do I need to provide actual prints at any stage? Or are scanned copies sufficient?

Just take a picture on your cellphone against a white background and crop it in passport photo type format. At e-APR, they are not strict about the picture. I did exactly same when I submitted my e-APR and didnt face any issue. IRCC requests actual photos in required format during PPR process so e-APR photos are not used for PR Card printing etc.
