photo printing question

Thanks to this group, we began printing our photos, 4 per page with captions for each. We printed over 100 pages now and now I am worried about something. We did not put our name on each page. Is it required that each page include the name of the applicant and sponsor??

No, it is not required. In the captions you must have referred to yourselves. I think putting the sponsor and applicant's names at the top of each sheet of evidence is a good idea, just in case parts of the file are misplaced, but it is not necessary.
