Phonecall interview for CEC express entry

Hello everyone. I received an email this afternoon saying that they are processing my application and have some questions. CIC would like to clarify those through a phonecall, saying that they will call tomorrow between 8:30am to 4:00pm.
The email looks legit as it has domain @cic.gc.ca

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar situation or what should I expect from them or what kind of responses they are looking from me?
everyones help would be appreciated.
