Hello

How can I know in what visa office my application is being processed?
I submitted through EE CEC , received ITA.
Now they are requesting police certificate and I do not know whee to send it as I can not provide it online.

How can I call CIC and ask a few questions?
I can not find any phone numbers anywhere.

Please, help.
