Phone Number (London)

Hello all,

I am trying to get hold of the CIC to ask a question or two...I am living in London and therefore Canadian services I cannot call (as I am outside of Canada). The London number just gives me information and will not let me speak to anyone ... does anyone have a number that I can call and speak to an agent?
