hi

I applied my PR under CEC got AOR.I am in relation from 4 yrs and my gf lives in pakistan.I am an Indian national and its tough to get pakistani visa to do marriage there.
Can i perform marriage over the phone from canada and ceremony will held in pakistan.I know CIC recognize phone marriage as its valid in Pakistan

My mother visited pakistan in 2010 and she met my gf there. My mother's sister lives in Pakistan.

Me and my gf are in true relationship,i have send thousand of gifts, haveall phone bills and money transfer reciepts. We talk daiy 2 hrs from 4 yrs.I use skype and also recharged her phone from here daily which show up in creditcard and i get my bills.

She is missing me disperately and want to meet me asap.I donot know what to do.I donot want to take risk and apply for pakistan visit visa in between PR process.

CAn i do phone marraige and submit explaination letter, phone bills, gifts, cards why i did phone marraige?I will easily get marriage certificate from NADRA as pakistan recognise phone marraige.

PLease serious advice i am in deep trouble as if i donot add her i have to go through 24 month of sponsership process

Even if you're successful with the phone marriage, CIC might view your marriage with suspicion if you do a phone marriage, and not show attempts to try to visit each other.

Have you ever met your g/f in person before? They're usually very suspicious with people who marry during first meeting or before they met.

We tried to meet i applied her nd her family visit visa for India got visa approved for performance of marriage in India but my mother got sick have open heart surgery and marriage got cancelled.

I never meet my spouse but we do vedio chat daily, have family terms with spouse family. My mom visited pakistan in 2010 met my gf.

As my PR in process so how much risky is to go to India and then apply for visit visa for Pakistan to do marriage?

Or i am thinking to apply visit visa for my gf and family again

Please help

Please try and ask these questions in the thread for Canadian Experience Class http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/canadian-experience-class-b52.0/

It's most likely that you will get the best answers there.

Good luck!

Wait - correct me if I'm wrong here. Declaring your wife on your PR application doesn't make HER a PR. Once you get your PR, you must sponsor her to bring her here.

For you, the best option would be to get married in India or Pakistan, and then bring your wife to Canada on TRV or work permit (I'm assuming you are in Canada with study permit/work permit).

Once she is in Canada, include your wife in your PR application. Once the PR is approved, both of you would get PR at the same time - this is the fastest process that I'm aware of.

If you wait till your PR is approved, you would have to submit a sponsorship application, which could take more than 24 months to process (maybe even longer in the Canadian Visa Office in Pakistan).
