Phone Interview done but haven’t receive COPR back

hi Everyone,

Just have a quick question for you guys who experienced like mine.
I had my phone interview done for Confirmation of Permanent resident Feb. 26, 2018 under Spousal Inland sponsorship and sent both copies of COPR with sign to Etobicoke same day Feb 26, I received email from CIC Saying Congratulations blah blah blah FEBRUARY 28,2018 but the problem is I haven’t receive my COPR (with officer sign and stamp) back to me yet. Is this normal?? Takes more than 2 weeks almost 3 now?? Please help, I’m kinda worried they might send it in a wrong address. If someone could share their thoughts that would great. I think you should wait a bit more. Government postal delays are normally 7-10 business days. Suposing they sent your COPR on February 28th, 10 business days would get you to March 14 2018. And they might not put the document in the mail right away after signing it...

Thanks Ylajali for the quick response regarding my concern.

My husband just sent me a message that we got a mail form CIC and for sure that would be my COPR.
