I notice another are of the online registration for medical not hundred percent clear to me. I am doing UPFRONT now and I know I would put N/A for the File Number but who is the CONTACT PERSON? Is that me? or does it apply to those not doing upfront?? And for CATEGORY do I just put Family Class Sponsorship or do I put COMMON LAW Sponsorship which is what we are applying for?
