It's strange. Now there are no new CSQ being issued because of the new Bill suspended all applications.

But the federal processing time keeps increasing !!

Very bad for people immigrating to Québec. The delays are increasing and I think it's hopeless to wait for 21 months and what if they change the rules again.
Will our Federal applications be thrown out ?

How can we trust Québec ?
