Philippines: Anybody applying for Fall Intake?

hi!

I'll wait until Saturday. I'm thinking of going to the embassy on Monday, Aug 8.

but i'm worried they might not entertain me since my application is still within the processing time.
Don't know what to do now.

Its worth trying, You need to let them know that you are very serious to attend your class on time and also to give your self a time to prepare and do travel arrangements. Its not that easy to go to other place in just a short period of time. I am also planning to visit CIC sometime next week if I dont received any response from them til saturday.

And also ask your school if just in case your permit does not come on time what are your options?

That was the processing time last year July 2010 of CIC-Manila. We really need to follow up personally our application.

yes, I have read that before.
My agent said we can ask for a one or two week extension from school if my study permit
didn't come on time.

I'll probably go to CIC next week.
