THANK YOU.
Good day po!tanong ko lang po kapag po ba nag sign o nag agree si employer duon sa addendum of contract ibig po ba sabihin hindi na kailangan ipa verify pa sa polo yung contract/letter offer ni employer? .salamat po.
Hi, you need to have a visa first kasi that is one of the required documents na need isubmit sa POLO.. Also, you need an agency muna sa Pinas bago magpasa sa POLO kasi sa kanila manggagaling ang agreement and other documents.
Thank you for responding. Actually ako yung employer,we are sponsoring my stepdaughter to be the nanny of my son. Hoping for the positive result. Good luck to all of us!

Hi po! I’m a newbee here.
Kasi po ung employer ko po hired a company to process my papers. Nasa “waiting for approval stage na po ak sa Visa” and then ung Immigration company sinabihan and agency ko dito sa pinas to process my OEC while waiting.
Then, after non, un na nagprepare na ng papers ko ung agency ko dito. Tapos sabi nila my employer and the third party representative (immigration company) must submit some requirements for POLO. Ok naman po sa employer ko un, but the problem is ung Immigration company sa Canada won’t comply and won’t register under the name of the agency dito sa pinas, kasi nga sabi niya hindi siya third party representative.
So ung pinaka question ko po is required po ba talaga o ok lang na walang third party representative sa Canada?
Caregiver for Vancouver po ak. Child care.

Thank you po for responding. That was a great help. Yon nga po sabi don sa Canada Immigration Company na, they just represented the employer for purposes of Service Canada only kaya po they are not listed in any place in the Employment Agreement, kaya hindi po talaga sila magrerepresent for the employer for POEA-OECFirst, you need a confirmed visa before ka makapagapply ng POLO dahil isa sa mga requirement yan.
In this part, I'm not sure.
Thank you po God bless

As long as May Police Clearance ung adults or ung parents nong child.Hi, you're welcome.

Tapos nong ayaw talaga nong Immigration company, ung agency sana nila yong gagawin (ung ka tie up ata nila...same agency name) third party representative, kaya lang wala pa pala license.
