Hi everyone, I am Akin currently undergoing my Msc in Real Estate in UK (finishing soon) and hoping to further with a PHD in Canada, i am here in d uk as int'l student with my wife and my son as my dependants. I would like to know in detail how to start the process and what are the incentives/benefits of taking this PHD in Canada ove UK.

Go to the website of various universities. Then find your specific department's faculty page. Email various professors talking about your profile, your previous works and your further research interests.If any of the professor agreed to work with you , then you'll get admission.
You should try as many universities as possible because its an difficult task and they r very choosy.
Prepare your profile to the best.
