Kindly advice on the available options to get PNP in Ontario for current PhD student. I am currently in my first year.

I have Express Entry profile at 458. I maxed out my IELTS and work experience.

Thanks, I saw this. I was hoping for a track I can use before I finish the 4 years study

In that case Express Entry is really your best bet, however unfortunately you would need to have in the range of 470+ for that to be possible.

Depending on your profile (specfically your NOC) you can also hope to be selected through an OINP draw. However you have to wait for Ontario to select you (if they want to). Not something you can trigger yourself. Make sure you have an Express Entry profile set up.
