Start by searching the Canadian Universities that offer PhD Physics program and then look at their admission requirements individually. Most research based degrees need the student to find an advisor who can fund their research and sometimes stipend. In that case, you will need to email individual professors in the research field of your interest.
In most cases, you will need the following for PhD admission:
1. 2 letters of reference
2. Statement of Interest
3. Master's degree (mostly but there are some exceptions)

Can someone name the colleges in Canada who are providing PhD related to business or IT? When I'm searching, all information are coming related to universities.
