Did anyone get 50 point extra in Express Entry CEC if one has certificate or registered or lincenced in professional degree, such as Pharmacy technician, Dental Assistant, Lab technician and so on from Canada?

Im a Registered pharmacy technician in Ontario. Can i claim 50 points for express entry.
