PHARMACISTS.... PEBC DOCUMENT EVALUATION DOUBTS

Hi All,

Can we apply for Evaluation exam after receiving the acknowledgment email or we have to wait till we receive ECA?
I wanna register for July Exam.

You have to wait until the doc eval is complete (at which point they send you an ECA).

To anyone else following this thread, my husband was able to talk to someone at PEBC yesterday (Feb 23). It seems that they have received more than their usual volume of doc eval applications this year, so they are running behind schedule. She did not indicate how far behind, but if you haven't received the 4-week confirmation email it's because of the volume. She advised to have patience and wait it out.

The confirmation email to my hubby took 7.5 weeks... he is now in doc eval stage, but they just asked for his curriculum.

please someone help me, i submitted my application form and other supporting documents to PEBC but didn't include the PEBC ID NUMBER ,though the form had my NAPRA NO.. I hope my application will be attended to? should i resend another application form including the PEBC NO or it doesnt matter? anticipate a a swift response please.. thank you

Guys, I have sent all required documents to Pebc for Evaluation, has been +40 days ! they keep responding to my mails by automated MSG !!! or ( If you tracked your documents to our office, it is here and will be processed soon.) any advice?

i meant i did not include the PEBC NO on the application form where it was stated for me to fill?thank you for your response , i am just a bit worried considering the huge amount i had to pay to get my documents evaluated.

Actually i am at a 1st stage of PEBC. I have sent my docs( In mid of March 2018; before the deadline). for document evaluation (that's includes everything ) . I wanted to sit in July 2018 evaluation exam too so i have sent that application as well. I have not received anything from PEBC yet.
So my queries are :
1. How long will it take just for document evaluation result because i am looking to lodge my file in express enrty (for PR)in coming month ?
2. Is it possible that i can sit in July 2018 exam or i just little messed it up
As 2nd question certainty depends on question1 so please give your valuable suggestions regarding question 1 as it will relief me in many ways .

i have filled the online application for pebc document evaluation and also paid the fee i guess 20 days ago but havnt sent the application form yet .would that be fine? can i send it now?

I am from India and i have obtained my national identifier no. Now m trying to fill online application for document evaluation but i didnt get any msg regarding successful transaction of fees ..they have written that every time u fill the form and select PAY they will deduct fees everytime ...but i havent recieved any confirmation yet nor my money has been deducted from my a/c , shall i try again ?

Hi, I just moved to Canada. For the document evaluation, i got my national identification no from pharmacy gateway. For the next step i have to fill my pebc online application form. I am stuck on the name part. I don't have surname on my identification documents. My name jaspreet kaur is written on given name. What should i write on surname and first name part? I need help regarding pebc evaluation. For the pebc online application, licensing record needs to be filled which includes country of licensing and licensing body. I am confused which license they want here?

Does anyone here have a format for "No Licence". PEBC requires the Statutory Declaration of it.

Did anyone get their ECA report from PEBC. I got an acknowledgement email on 21 September but I have not received the report. They had said 8 weeks now its over 10 weeks?? What have been your timelines??

Would appreciate knowing what happened in your case.

My hubby submitted the paperwork Jan 10, 2018... with transcripts & licensing stmt directly from his country in Dec 2017.

We have not heard back yet (it's been 4+ weeks) and PEBC does not respond to emails except to say they were received! And trying them by phone - no one picks up!

Would appreciate any insight you can provide. Thanks!
